About the Course
Drum set lessons we play the basic grooves in different music styles, for example rock, pop, funk and Latin music
We learn to read sheet music and to play with background music or other instruments.
Your Instructor
Jorge Garcia
Course leader is Jorge Garcia from Argentina. At the age of 12, his interest was captured by the rhythms and percussion instruments. His music is influenced by rhythms from different countries; Brazil, Uruguay, Peru, Cuba, Puerto Rico and of Argentine folk music. Jorge has taken lessons for many of the greatest percussionists of our time and he has taken music courses both in Argentina and at the University of Stage and Music in Gothenburg.
